Coming up with a Driving Question: Wednesay 2/26: Blog Post
What is the problem you will address, and why is it a problem?
Step 1: Write 1 to 2 paragraphs outlining why your problem is indeed a problem, and how you feel the problem needs to be addressed by your innovation project this semester. Take some time to conduct some internet research on the history of your topic, what boundaries you may face with this topic, and contribute some of what you learn into your blog post. Most importantly, you want to discuss why you think nothing has been done to solve this problem already.
Step 2: After considering your problem and researching some of its history, you want to create a “Driving Question” which will propel your topic. An example of a driving question may be…(If research proves that students perform better in school between the hours of 9 and 3, then why do schools start so early?”) (**Hypothetical)
What You Will Need to Print
-Print those sources
-Bring them to Mrs. Davala for approval.
Next Steps:
- Read your sources with your group, highlight important information, and take notes in the margins. Use this information to write your blog for today (Wednesday 2/26/14)
